It’s warming up out here. And it’s Mother’s Day week! We’re ready to celebrate.
This week, we are making every effort we can at harvesting so many vegetables, and SO MANY FLOWERS to spread out into the world.
With all this color blooming on the farm, I imagine you could see it from space. We are positively wading through flowers in the field.
Your opportunity to wade through them is this Saturday at the market! We’ll absolutely be filling our market square with flowers everywhere. Like a boulevard of blooms in different shapes, colors, and aromas.
The mild weather of the springtime lasted a bit longer this season, meaning we still have some cool weather flowers blooming – a Mother’s Day first – we’ll have a proliferation of snapdragons, and yarrow, and monarda.
This – in addition to our warm weather newcomers like sunflowers, zinnias, gomphrena, celosia, strawflower and more more more!
We can already imagine all of the bouquets being made from the market bunches, and all of the happy recipients marveling in their beauty.
Come feast your senses and share this abundance!
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
With love,
Ellen and Cole
