Summer cover crop seeds are sprouting. That’s the first step to healthy crops for next season. Today is the last day for early-enrollment for Farm Membership. This is the best time to join us for the best deal. After today, regular enrollment will remain open through Sept 1. Link in bio and stories to read about membership.

This could be you, walking into the market, Farm Card in hand, gathering veggies and flowers, living your best life. Our amazing farm team at the last farmers market of the season: Orion, Leo, Bethanne, Dannel, Tori, Shan, Charlene, Justin, Cynthia, and us. Plus, not pictured: Juan, Felix, Jesus, Angie, Brittney, Derrick, Mike, Shyann, Erich, and Rachel - all these folks worked so hard this season growing vegetables and getting them out into the world at the market. This Saturday is our final farmers market of the season! Here's what we'll have in abundance this week: Lettuce, green beans, kale, collard greens, malabar spinach, bok choi, baby greens, dandelion greens, celery, fennel, radishes and turnips, scallions, carrots, eggplant, butternut squash, squash and zucchini, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, basil, cilantro, dill, hardy culinary herbs, sweet peppers, hot peppers, and cut flowers of all types (and more). We will truly be harvesting everything that remains from the farm, so the offering will be abundant and diverse.

The season is changing. As you can see to the right of this row of celosia, we are beginning to clear the fields and prepare them for the off-season. Next, we will sow our summer cover-crop seeds to cover the ground and provide multiple benefits to the soil for the following harvest season. We have one more week of vegetables and flowers! This coming Saturday will be our last farmers market of the season.

Today we’re harvesting loads of fresh and flavorful vegetables and a wild assortment of flowers for the market tomorrow. There are just two weeks left of our season! We hope to see you these last two Saturdays at the market. Yesterday we sent out our early-enrollment announcement for Farm Membership in the coming season. Already, we’re so excited to welcome so many returning members and many new folks as well!
