4-week Simple Recipe Series

We’re dropping a new resource to start off 2023: a four-week Simple Recipe Series.

For four weeks, we will send you one recipe per week (sent on Thursday, ahead of the weekend). The recipes we will be sharing are for meals we have prepared in our own kitchen with our veggies for years. We come back to these recipes every week because they are so simple and adaptable to what’s in season. So we want to send them out into the world. You can sign up for the four-week email series here.

The recipes prioritize these elements:

– Simple. Fast to prepare.
– Not a ton of ingredients
– Can be prepped ahead, or made in batches to save time.
– Veggie-focused, utilizing what’s in season. Substitutions can be made depending on what’s abundant from the farm.
– Limited tools/cookware. The recipes don’t use every pot and pan in your kitchen.

We hope the recipes will inspire you to get started with some new staple meals for your family.
