🍉 What we’re harvesting this week! Opening day!

The harvest season is here. Join us at opening day of Saturday Morning Market in St. Pete this Saturday from 9am-2pm!

Here’s what we’re harvesting this week:

Freshly harvested ginger roots displayed against a green background.
First up – Brand new crop for us this season – WHITE GALANGAL (Thai Ginger) – We’re taking a break from growing our usual ginger + turmeric, so we’re kicking things off with this aromatic root crop this season. Its bright, piney flavor is great in soups and tea. Try swapping a few slices of galangal where you’d normally add ginger in a stir fry. We’re excited to share this with you in abundance!
A variety of squash, including butternut and pumpkin, piled together in green crates.
Also brand new to us this season – Heirloom Cushaw Pumpkins – Long lasting, sweet like a butternut squash – these are great for October decorations, and then eat them when you’re done! They come in a variety of shapes and forms, come have some fun choosing your pumpkin.
