We are feeling the gift-giving spirit and have been stocking up on special things for our family from the farmers market. There are so many one-of-a-kind foods, plants, and artisanal goods available at Saturday Morning Market.
Here are some local food related gift you can find at the market:
Saturday Morning Market sells gift certificates to the whole market. These can be purchased at the market info tent in front of the music stage. Certificates can be redeemed with any vendor at the market.
During the harvest season, the team at St. Pete Ferments makes seasonal ferments with produce from our farm – did you know? The seasonal ferments have a cult following. Smoked Turnip Kimchi is their most recent release which is a smokey ferment of Little Pond white salad turnips. It’s delicious.
From Florida Fruit Co-op, you can gift-a-box or a one month subscription. The box will include the best local tropical fruits Lev and team can find in Florida. This is a cool take on giving a box of citrus for the holiday season.
Little Pond Farm Gift Card
Physical gift cards can be purchased any Saturday at our farmers market booth. You can load the card with any amount to gift to a friend. Cards are redeemable anytime, for any item at our booth.
Rebecca and her mom Gail have the best unfiltered, treatment-free raw honey from their beens in Pinellas County. The 2 pound jars make an amazing gift.
Darcy at Just Ginger grows tons of ginger and turmeric that she turns into edible products. Her honey bombs are famous, but she also has other healing products like tinctures and salve.
As far as we know, the home-brewing kits from Mother Kombucha are available only at the farmers market. Stop by their booth to learn more about the home-brewing kits.
